Limited rooftop availability!!! Poor pool operations!!! Noise from events could easily disrupt a decent night's sleep!!! The check-out process felt chaotic. A little more attention to HVAC in the rooms would enhance comfort!!!

We spent three nights here on leisure and everything exceeded our expectations, especially the cozy bed and the stunning rooftop bar for sunset drinks! There’s also a great spa and a seasonal outdoor pool to unwind, which made our stay even better. The only hiccup was having to contact reception a few times for access cards, but the staff handled it all wonderfully. 🌟

I loved the fine rooftop bar with panoramic views-it's the perfect spot for sipping cocktails while soaking in the skyline! The spacious, meticulously designed Beautiful Double room was an absolute dream, combining comfort and elegance seamlessly. Plus, the breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, offering everything from fresh pastries to scrumptious local dishes.

I recently stayed at VP Plaza Espana Design and truly enjoyed my experience. The staff exceeded expectations, providing excellent support during check-in and breakfast. Special mention to Gorka, who was particularly attentive. The room had a sleek, modern design with multiple lighting options that added a nice touch. I appreciated the comfortable beds and the spacious layout. However, I faced some inconveniences. The bar in the lobby closed too early at 10:30 PM. It was disappointing that I couldn’t access the rooftop bar from the hotel lift. I had to go outside to reach it. The swimming pool area felt cramped, and the limited number of sunbeds made it hard to find a comfortable spot. I can see this hotel being ideal for those who prioritize location and room quality, but the pool situation and bar hours could use some improvement.

I truly enjoyed my stay here, especially being just a short walk from the stunning Plaza de Cibeles and the vibrant Puerta del Sol, making it easy to explore the city's charm on foot. plus, the rooftop restaurant was an excellent place to unwind after a long day of adventure, with amazing service and a beautiful view.
